Exercises: Neck (Zone 1)

Here at Backpainhelp.com we have developed a range of products to help relieve your back pain. In addition to these products, we have also produced a range of simple, light exercises to help relieve your pain further and to improve your overall back health.

For neck pain and support, we recommend wearing our Neck Brace for a few hours a day. During this time the full weight of your head is supported by the brace, not only helping to relieve your neck from pain, but also allowing it the time to recover.

After wearing the neck brace, we also recommend completing some of our simple, gentle exercises to help maintain a healthy back and neck.*
